Malaysia Sea Sports consists of five friendly and experienced staff members.

Shariff has been a Formula windsurfer since early 2000. He also loves to scuba-dive and is not only Open Water certified but a Rescue Diver as well.

In addition, Shariff is CPR-qualified, has plenty of dragon boat experience and is an avid trekker too, having climbed Gunung Arong on many occasions. Shariff is also a Mega Marine Survey Volunteer.

Apart from his sailing, SUP and kayaking background, Bryan has over 20 years' of windsurfing experience, picking up the sport in the soft-sail era and gradually making his way to shortboards of all shapes and sizes. If windsurfing across the sea at blistering speeds has always been a dream of yours, Bryan will have you up and sailing the breeze in a mere two days.

Bryan also holds an Open Water Scuba Licence and is an accomplished freediver, so if you're looking for a dive buddy, Bryan is your guy.

In addition, Bryan is CPR-qualified, has years of angling experience and is also a qualified trekking guide. Bryan is also a Mega Marine Survey Volunteer.

Iwan has lived in Tioman for over 20 years and knows the sea around the island like the inside of his pocket.

He's climbed Gunung Kajang repeatedly and is a fully certified government-endorsed nature ranger, as well as being very versed in the island's flora and fauna.

Iwan has achieved almost mythical status in Tioman when behind the controls of any motorised vessel and has in this capacity saved many a boat, large and small, from the clutches of a Sumatra Squall. It comes as no surprise to learn that he's a fully qualified boatman.

A sailor through and through, Rahim has represented Malaysia on a number of occasions, winning an optimist Sea Games gold medal and a world optimist championship bronze in the process. He was named Malaysia's Sports Boy of the year in 2003 and not surprisingly is now a qualified sailing instructor. Rahim also is a expert skim-boarder, SUP-er and wave-surfer too.
